We’re thrilled to introduce the newest members of the Gracewood community – Amber and Mitch – who are making the move from Blakeview and Evanston South!
When asked why they chose Gracewood, they shared that they were searching for a spacious block within their budget, and Gracewood fit the bill. “It just seemed perfect,” they said, thrilled to find exactly what they were looking for. Considering several areas like Roseworthy, Gawler, and Lyndoch before deciding on Gracewood in Mallala.
Their builder of choice is Fairmont Homes. As first homebuyers, they’re keeping a close eye on costs but had some ‘must-haves’ on their wish list such as a garage entry into the backyard and a wider frontage.
Navigating the buying process for the first time was made easier with Gracewood’s sales process, “It was an extremely supportive and transparent experience”. Government incentives were a nice boost, but they knew that diligent saving and budgeting were crucial in making their dream home a reality.
Outside of their home journey, this dynamic duo – a teacher and an auto-glazier – enjoy camping, beach trips, and sushi (it’s their absolute favourite!). They’re eager to dive into the community, explore local nature, and discover the charm of the Mallala township.
