Finding the perfect block
“Our builder, La Vida Homes, actually suggested it,” Shae shares. “We were initially looking to buy in Mount Barker, and after hearing about Gracewood, my husband reached out to Kyle. That same day we had secured our dream block of land to build on.”
A seamless experience
“Absolutely incredible. We are on cloud nine,” Caleb says. “The process has been really easy, and Kyle always has an answer for our questions. We spent a few weeks exploring different options and trying to secure land, but everything fell into place once we found Gracewood.”
Looking ahead to their dream home
For Shae and Caleb, the opportunity to build a home that truly suits their lifestyle is what makes this milestone even more meaningful.
“We’re excited that the size of the land gives us the opportunity to build our dream home, and as first home buyers in South Australia, we think that’s really rare and special,” Shae says.
“Caleb grew up in country SA, so we’re also really looking forward to being closer to family and enjoying a country town lifestyle.”
The couple are also excited about becoming part of the growing Gracewood community.
“We’re really looking forward to meeting our new neighbours and building connections with other residents.”

“And we won’t lie, the hamper and celebration at the sales office was so much fun!”
